Advancing sustainability initiatives among the three educational institutions.


  • Building and sustaining a network of sustainability-minded professionals across campus that can uphold student-led initiatives over the long term

  • Serving as a conduit and advocate for communication from ASCP/coalition back to institutional/functional level and leveraging institutional resources to enact change

  • Spearheading sustainability initiatives at the functional level where we can make an impact and working to engrain sustainability as a core value among our institutions

  • Exchanging ideas, knowledge and projects with the Student Advisory Committee to the ASCP (the ASCPAC)


The coalition is in the process of reevaluating subcommittee interest/needs for the FY2022 school year. As of right now, these are the active subcommittes:

Integrating Sustainability into Curriculum/Social Justice (Faculty)

Spring 2021 Meeting Times

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we have suspended Faculty/Staff Coalition meetings. The group will be reconvening on March 31st to discuss ways the group can support the ASCP's current Climate Action Planning efforts and will establish quarterly meetings for the 2021-2022 school year at that time.
